This notice covers Monika’s booking enquiry form and advertising measurement.

Your enquiry

Monika Restaurant, 14 Deptford Broadway, London SE8 4PA, uses your name, contact details, preferred date and time, party size and optional message to respond to your request. Submitting the form is not an automatic table confirmation. Please avoid including payment details or sensitive information in your message.

Our enquiry system is hosted by Hostinger. We use Resend to send your enquiry to the restaurant’s inbox. Enquiry records in the website’s private system are deleted after 30 days; correspondence in the restaurant’s inbox is managed separately by the restaurant.

Keeping the form secure

Necessary session cookies help protect submissions and show your confirmation. Cloudflare Turnstile checks whether submissions come from a person. We also use a hidden spam field and temporary IP-based rate limits. These protections run independently of advertising cookies.

Advertising measurement is your choice

If you accept advertising tracking, Meta Pixel and the Conversions API help us understand enquiries from our ads. A successful enquiry sends a Lead event with a shared identifier. Names, email and phone are normalised and hashed before server transmission. Meta also receives your IP address, browser user agent and available advertising identifiers. Hashing supports matching and does not make this information anonymous. Your message, preferred date, time and guest count are not sent to Meta.

We do not load Meta tracking or send these events for this enquiry journey when you decline advertising tracking. You can still use the form. You can change your choice using Cookie preferences in the footer. A preference cookie remembers your choice for six months.
